These Terms of Service govern use of services offered through poloju.dev by Chandu Poloju.

2. Project Engagement and Payments

Project scope, timelines, pricing, and delivery terms are finalized through written communication (email, proposal, or contract). Payments, milestones, and revision terms are agreed on a project-by-project basis.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, templates, and reusable code remain the intellectual property of Chandu Poloju. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to agreed deliverables created specifically for their project.

4. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chandu Poloju is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including business interruption, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from use of this website or delivered services.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Some services may involve third-party platforms, APIs, or providers (such as hosting, payment, analytics, Meta, or WhatsApp tools). Their availability and performance are subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the appropriate courts in India.
