Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, send an email to chandu@poloju.dev with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include enough information to identify your records, such as your name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp number, if used), and relevant project or communication details.

2. What Data May Be Stored

• Contact information (name, email, phone number).
• Client communication history, including project inquiries and support messages.
• Project-related records needed for delivery, invoicing, and compliance.
• Technical usage logs required for security and service reliability.

3. Processing Time

Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days from the date of receipt, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

4. Important Notes

• Some information may be retained where required by law, tax rules, fraud prevention, or legitimate business record-keeping obligations.
• If communication occurred through third-party services such as Meta or WhatsApp, related data may also be subject to those platforms' policies.
